Can't connect to FTP with any client

FTP URL I’ve used

ftpupload.net/ftp.epizy.com

or using the IP also.

Error Log Message in FileZilla

Status:	Resolving address of ftpupload.net
Status:	Connecting to 185.27.134.11:21…
Status:	Connection attempt failed with EACCES - Permission denied.

Other Information

I’m not able to connect the FTP using any client. I’ve also reset my FTP password and still not working.
Do you know what could be happening?

Issue is on your end.
Try using other devices on other networks

Thanks! Was helpful know that. I was able to find that my AV has an specific rule for block FTP.
