I haven’t access my website for 1 or 2 weeks, now I can not access my website

domain name service said ping hosting computer is not successful. Have the DNS changed or should I restart something?

perhaps log in to your cloudflare and clear cache, or Cntrl + F5 on your browser.
Our servers block ping requests by default. But that’s no problem, because websites don’t need ping to work. They use TCP, not ICMP, so all is fine.
Also, when you say you cannot access your website, what do you see exactly? Can you share what you see in behavior and error messages?
