Can't access my phpmyadmin and my site says Access denied

What I’m seeing is: pdo connection error: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user ‘xxxxxxxxxx’@‘192.168.2.189’ (using password: YES)

please someone help me to fix this issue i don’t know what is causing this problem i just started yesterday on infinity Free and yesterday i was able to access my phpmyadmin
