I tried all other ISPs available. I tried pinging from different servers using Ping Test: Ping websites, URLs, servers for free | Site24x7 to check whether it was up or not, but it is still down on all servers.
This won’t work by design. The free hosting servers do not respond to pings.
I’ve checked and your site is also working fine for me. So this would strongly suggest a block on your internet. ISP’s are notorious for blocking free hosting domains. can you access the base domain (https://rf.gd)? If not, that would strongly support a whole domain block, rather than them blocking your specific sub domain.

That suggests it’s an issue with the local isp’s not a hosting issue unfortunately. Which means there’s not much we can advise to help with this
May I say though, I do really like your website. Its a cool layout and design 
Umm excuse me, it’s VSCode 
It is, which is my proffered editor for building my website. But I didn’t know (until googling just now) you could host a VSCode project like this, I thought it was just a page emulating the look of VScode. (still very cool if that were the case)
You can host VSCode in your browser. My website is simply a preview of that, its basically my portfolio website, designed like VSCode user interface.
Try codespace in GitHub it’s the cloud VScode in the browser
It’s definitely just a VSCode like page instead of the actual editor. Many minor design inconsistencies with the original but I’m not gonna blame anything, still a pretty interesting design.
