Hello, my hosting account is suspended and I can’t access the control panel. I only want to retrieve my website files and database. Is it possible to temporarily unlock the account so l can backup my data? in 3 hours i need send that to my teacher cause that’s school project, thank you, god bless you
Once the 24 hours have passed, and your account is reactivated, I suggest taking your own backup, and keeping a regular backup schedule so you don’t lose anything in the future.
If it’s for reaching a daily limit, then your account will be reactivated automatically after 24 hours, after which you’ll be able to access your files again.
If it’s for abuse, then you’ll need to submit a ticket from the client area. Maybe your account can be reactivated or maybe you can get a backup, but you’ll need to check that with the ticket staff.
