I have created 2 sub-domains for my same website; but cannot view it. One says
404 We couldn’t find that page. And the other domains; access denied 403.
Initially, was showing our website is coming soon.
I deleted the sub-domain folder, and re-created the folder; but now showing 403, 404 error.
Even then, please make sure to read the information provided to you. If you select a category and it says in all caps THIS CATEGORY IS NOT FOR SUPPORT REQUESTS, then it means you shouldn’t post your support request there.
I had a look at your account, and I see a number of issues to address:
Please note that almost all web hosting servers run on Linux, and files and directories on Linux are case sensitive. It appears you renamed the directory fantasyiptv.great-site.net to Fantasyiptv.great-site.net. Please change it back, because the server won’t look for the files in that directory.
The directory names for fantasyiptv.great-site.net are correct. However, there is no index file in the directory. The server will look for files named index.php, index.html or index.htm (in that order) to find a home page. If no home page is found, it will return a 403 Forbidden error instead. Please make sure you have a valid index page.
The application uploaded appears to be an Express (Node.js) application. However, we only support PHP on our hosting, not Node.js, so you will not be able to host this here.
