Cannot see new theme in my site builder

i have loaded a WordPress theme in to my ftp, in the section specified as being for files, i uploaded the data twice, one in a folder with the themes name on it and the second time by just uploading the files directly without a folder, the websites word press files are working but i cannot see the theme option in the site builder, any advice is most welcome.

this is where it was uploaded to, in both cases, the folder marked Virtue and the raw files without a folder.

You need to upload the theme to wp-content/themes/, otherwise WordPress will not recognize it.

You are uploading in wrong folder !!
Check YouTube or google tutorial and then upload in which mentioned
