SSL Certificate request button is greyed out and it tells me to complete domain verification. I don’t know how to do it I’ve done everything I can think of.

Just click on the button that sets the CNAME record up automatically if you haven’t done so and if you’re sure the domain is right and then wait a while for DNS to propagate. After waiting a while refresh the page and you should have completed the domain verification for you to request the SSL certificate.
