Cannot reach my site and ftp

My website URL is: zsberg.rf.gd
What I’m seeing is: connection timed out (Site)/ could not reach the line from socket (ftp) - Site is down. Yesterday everything was fine

I can enter Infinity Free control panel, and it says that my Site Status is active, but it is not

I’m using this software:

Ftp: the stock one availabe through Control panel
CMS: wordpress

Recently muy account was suspended (CPU limit) Yesterday at 9pm it was unlocked and worked Well, but when i woke up, i couldnt Reach the Site/ftp, and I still can’t

This site can’t be reached

can’t connect to Cpanel online file manager with prompt
Error! Could not read line from socket

also unable to login using FileZilla

Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message…
