Cannot Login to RoundCube

This is for domain www.rcwtech.com

I have created [email protected] under CPANEL

I’ve reset the password, re-created the account, and tried creating additional accounts w/ another alias.

I still cannot login to RoundCube and am getting the returned error “Login Failed”

I tried w/ email as username, and the password I set, reset and re-created time and time again.

I have used RoundCube, and SquirrelMail w/ other free hosts w/ 0 problems.

Is there a system-side issue I’m not aware of?

If you login with the email address you’re trying to view the mail for and the password of the email account, you should be able to login without any problems. Logging in with your main hosting account credentials on the other hand does not work.
