Cannot get raw text from file using get requests

Attempting to access a .lua files raw text in my site tells me this in lua:

I’m using Cloudflare as my SSL & It’s verified by Let’s Encrypt

If all you need is file sharing to distribute some LUA code, there are plenty of options to choose from. A static site hosting service, like GitHub Pages, can do this just fine. No need to have a full PHP/MySQL stack to share some text.
