What I’m seeing is:
I cannot ‘edit’ two of my html files using ‘online file manager’ because when I click edit to open the file the page appears completely blank.
I have already tried to delete the files and re-upload them and I have also tried re-naming the files but this has not worked and when I try to edit them the page is completely blank. Other files in my directory are unaffected and I can edit as normal.
Any ideas?

Can you try changing the browser with Chrome, because Monsta FTP is known to have problems with some other browsers?
im using firefox currently will try another.
microsoft edge also does not work!? is using ‘Monsta’ the only way to edit the files on infinity free?
Yes, it is. But only Chrome can support it properly.
I have downloaded Chrome but the same problem occurs. When I click ‘edit’ for two of my HTML files in Monsta it opens a completely blank page.
Then try editing the files locally and upload with an FTP client the files on the htdocs folder.

An FTP client is a client you would use to connect to a FTP server and transfer files on it.
Any idea why it’s just those two files that don’t work when all other html files are ok? will have to look in to FTP client. thanks.
You can use any software which supports transferring files over FTP. FileZilla is by far the most popular software used for this. That way, you can easily transfer files between your own computer and your hosting account. That way, you can simply make changes using any editor on your computer, and upload them when you’re done.
