The same error show for a long time while trying to download different categories?
Please provide any support while this is critical bug.
Please try FileZilla, this happens sometimes with the online file manager.

Web based file managers just cannot handle large folders well. And there are protocol limitations that make this effectively impossible.
I wouldn’t call this a bug since it was known from the start that this was never going to work.
If you want to download your whole website, please just use a desktop FTP client like FileZilla. It’s not fast, but it does work reliably.
