Cannot connect to FTP

Please help, i cannot connect to FTP using FileZilla since 20/11/2021. It works fine before.

Everytime i tried to connect it gives same error messages

I have tried Help, I cannot connect to FTP but still cannot connect.

Looking at the logs (thank you for including that, it helps a lot), it seems that the FTP connection is being setup correctly, but it breaks when trying to switch to Passive mode.

Did you also check the FTP ALG settings and try to connect through a VPN? Both of those typically solve this issue.

Alternatively, you could go into the FileZilla settings and then go to Connection → FTP. From there, you can change the Transfer Mode from “Passive” to “Active”. Then try reconnecting.
