What I’m seeing is: When I try to connect to the FTP server I get the following error:
Response: 421 Home directory not available - aborting
Error: Could not connect to server
I’m using this software: I’m using FileZilla

Last week, there was an outage on the hosting volume where your account was hosted as well. It appears that this caused some problems for your account.
Your account has now been restored so you should be able to access the website and FTP again. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
