Hi!
Thanks for the answer.
it was correct. I rename index2.html. But I change again the name. The website is still ready but it is still not possible to get a connection via filezilla with the ftp connection.
Here a screenshot of filezilla with the white site on the right.
Thanks for the answer.
the 2 files of the upload was from an other ftp connection. I forgot to delete it.
Also I enable the debug but don’t get any message.
Looking at the screenshot, it appears that you changed some settings and removed the log viewer from the top of the page. And of course, if you hide the logs, you won’t see any errors.
To bring it back, click the View menu at the top, and check the “Message log” option.
Thanks for the answer.
I enable again the log message and delete the ftp connection and create the ftp connection new in fz. I use the newest version of fz.
When I start the ftp connection I will get no message in the debug log message view and alsow I get no message regarding to the certifacation.
If you don’t see anything in the FileZilla logs, then please try clicking the Connect button first. Because FileZilla always produces logs if it’s doing anything FTP wise. So if there is nothing, it means you are not even trying to connect.
If you do see some logs but you don’t see any issues, then I would like to ask you to share the logs anyway. We may be able to learn more from the logs than you can.
If you don’t want to share the logs, then that’s your decision. But please understand that if you don’t give us the information we need to troubleshoot the issue, we will not be able to help you.
