I cannot activate my external domain, Two domains appear in my account, one is the hosting domain and the other is mine. My external domain should override the hosting domain, but it doesn’t.
The hosted domain works with wp and everything - I cannot login to my domain to wp nor the control panel.
I don’t know how I can solve it.
I have checked your website and it seems to be working fine for me. The content matches what I would expect from the domain name.
When did you add the domain to your account? If it’s less than 72 hours, then what you’re seeing is probably just DNS caching, and the issue will resolve itself automatically.
That’s an error page from whatever internet network you’re using. And it even tells you the reason, the company running the network has a filter that blocks domain names that are new. You’ll want to talk to whoever the administrator of the network is to see if you can get it unblocked, but either way this isn’t an issue on InfinityFree’s end.

I have an SSL installed… however the website keeps going to http:// not https:// how can i change this?
Given you’ve got a custom domain, it might be worth considering using cloudflare, and using their tools to force Https
