Cannot add domain - already assigned and in use

Hello InfinityFree Support,

My account username: if0_42115663

I am trying to add my domain “adam-games.com” to my account as an addon domain, but I keep getting this error message:

“adam-games.com is already assigned and in use”

The problem is that I cannot see this domain anywhere in my account:

  • It is not in Addon Domains
  • It is not in Parked Domains
  • It is not in Subdomains

I have already set the nameservers to:
ns1.byet.org
ns2.byet.org
ns3.byet.org
ns4.byet.org
ns5.byet.org

But the problem still continues.

Could you please check and remove “adam-games.com” from your system so I can add it to my account?

Have you ever had an account with byet.org where you might have used the domain before? If so you’ll need to remove it from your hosting there.

A domain can only be linked to 1 account on any hosting service that uses IFastNet’s back end, at any one time.
