Cannot access to one-to-one chat php page?

This is the main one-to-one chat page :

403 Forbidden has been displaying

I created a one-to-one private messenger in PHP, in local XAMPP Server, it works completely, but at live this page sucks, only displays 403 forbidden error. Please help me in solving this problem. I created this for my class chat!

Normally chat scripts are against TOS.
So try to avoid.

And php is server level code so client or user like us can’t see it.
Without seeing it we can’t trace the error.

However, when I upload it with premium domains, it would work or still not?

Its depends upon premium TOS.
Premium service not provided by IF.
Its provided by iFastnet.

Chats are banned on both free and premium hosting

Chat scripts are against the terms of service. Under section “10 Script usage Terms”:
