I tried accessing phpMyAdmin via Cpanel and database client software like heidiSQL, DBeaver but was unsuccessful.

There is no error log available. Any help would be much appreciated.

Our database servers are only accessible from our internal network, so you can only connect to it from PHP code running on your own account, or with our phpMyAdmin installation.
