It’s recommended to have only one index file (either index.php or index.html). However, that’s likely not the issue. I’m being redirected to the 403 error page. Ensure the file names are in lowercase and take a look at this:

Can I delete the account and add a new one cos I have an account for derrick.kesug.com which I do not use and that account has the domain adomgroupofcompanies.com too

it seems the website files do show for derrick.kesugs.com and not adomgroupofcompanies.com and I want it to be the other way round

Yes.

In the account go to account settings:

and then at the bottom you can deactivate the acount.

How about making the files show for adomgroupofcompanies.com and not derrick.kesug.com they are both in the same account

If you want to move the files from one domain to another, simply move the files from the directory of the old domain to the new domain.

When you click Manage next to each of the domains in your account, you will see the directory on your account the domain is linked to.

And you can just move the directories like so:
