@Admin need help :frowning: :frowning:

Are you using cPanel file manager? If so, click settings and click show hidden files.

Excuse my ignorance, I’m new to this, how do I do that? is that if I use the cpanel manager but I do not see any of the configurations

The little config icon in the top right of your window.

It appears that I already use an external FTP and nothing keeps erasing it :frowning:

I forgot they don’t use the real cPanel, I can’t help with net2ftp sorry.

I’m going to use it to see if I solve my error @Kieran

@Kieran Continue the same error, keep deleting the file so believe it in the same ftp and already enable hidden files and does not solve, what should I do, I need that file so that error 404 does not appear

If by “the .htaccess file”, you mean the one in the base folder of your account, then no. However, you can override any of the settings in there or add your own rules by creating a new .htaccess file in your htdocs folder.
