Can’t Access WordPress Admin – Critical Error & Cannot Open htdocs

(Hello,
I’m using InfinityFree for my website (taimify.kesug.com), but I’m facing a critical error when I try to access wp-admin. It says:
“There has been a critical error on this website…”

I also tried accessing the File Manager, but I can’t open the htdocs folder. It shows loading forever or fails to load.

I can’t disable plugins or change themes because I can’t access the file system.

Can someone from the team help me fix this or reset the file permissions?

I checked the file manager for your account just now and it seems to be working fine now. Perhaps the file manager server was just a bit too busy?
