i didnt buy any domains i have .rf.gd as a domain
do i have to purchase domain to monetize ?

Hello,

It depends on the network ad provider, as far as what I know Google AdSense does not work with subdomains.
Also just get a free domain name or buy one, it’s much better having a domain name because you can have SSL certificate, monetization and many more.
