As a standard answer to all questions like “Can I host X here”:
I don’t know. Have you tried? Were you able to?

But for Odoo specifically, the installation instructions recommend using system packages, but provide a source install option that requires Python and PostgreSQL. We provide none of those things, and it seems that Odoo assumes it has an entire server for itself.
So if you want Odoo, you’ll likely need a VPS. If you don’t want to manage that yourself (or pay someone to manage it for you), you could go with the official hosted version (which even has a free tier).
