That depends on what kind of Javascript you’re referring to.
If you really want to “execute Javascript code at this platform” like your title says, that sounds like you want to execute Javascript on the server. Server-side Javascript, also commonly referred to as Node.js, cannot be used here, because you can only execute PHP code on our servers.
However, given the ambiguity of the question, I would like to stress that the Javascript present on most websites is executed in the visitor’s browser, NOT the server. Javascript is just text which is sent our to your visitors which their browser can run. No server software is involved, you could host a Javascript website from a file sharing service if they allow direct linking. We couldn’t prevent you from using it even if we tried.
