Bug in the design of the infinityfree.com website

Hello, a few months ago there was a terrible error on the infinityfree.com sites and many sites crashed and were displayed in an annoying way without design.
After the administrators quickly fixed the problem, the design problem was not resolved for me, and the site is displayed to me without a basic design, all the buttons and knobs are displayed without design.
What can I do?
The console says error 400
I am attaching pictures so that they understand the problem!

Are you using a VPN or adblocker?

Some vpns and add blockers block the CSS for Infinity free for some strange reason :confused:

No, I don’t use a blocker or VPN
Yes, my traffic is being monitored.
The question is, what is the file that sits on another server that is responsible for the design?
That’s a question for the admins!
@Admin

The file responsible for the design of InfinityFree is provided from a source that is commonly blocked incorrectly, I believe.

The responsible file is a CSS file. But you’ll not get a direct answer as to the name of the file I wouldn’t think (Also admin has pings disabled)

If you’re traffic is being monitored (by a school, employer, ISP ext) they could be blocking access to certain sites. I seem to remember Admin saying at some point that the CSS files are served from a server that is regularly blocked by these services (Though I may be mis-remembering, but it seems Jri remembers the same)

Crazy as it sounds, if your prover\scool\employer\ect allows you to use a VPN, irronically that might actually make it work.

Can you write me the source of this file?
I will send it to my network mentors, and they will open

Our website is working fine from here.

The most common reason for the styles of our website not rendering is that something on your end is blocking critical assets of our website.

What is blocked exactly, or why it’s blocked, that’s hard for us to tell because the block is happening on your end, so we can’t check it.

Thanks for your response @Admin
I’ll explain it in simple terms.
I’m connected to the network with NetFri filtering
NetFri is a network content blocking system intended primarily for people who observe religious rules and do not want access to certain content on the Internet. NetFri blocks access to sites and services such as advertisements, social networks, and network monitoring systems, with the aim of preventing access to inappropriate content. Therefore, some of the links or scripts that you load on my pages are blocked by me, which causes the pages to not load properly.
I contacted them with the problem and their response was that they couldn’t find the problem, they wrote like this:

  1. There is a 400 error in the website console!
  2. The design file may be located on another server that is not in the normal link but is being pulled from another location that is blocked.
    I would appreciate it if you, as an administrator, could check for me where the additional file is coming from and let me know if there is another server? What is the 400 error that appears?
    Thank you

As it turns out, the 400 error appears here:

InfinityFree attempts to block ad blocking scripts and services for financial reasons. Some ad blockers and filters will try to continue to function, which can result in the site not displaying correctly. Does NetFri allow you to whitelist individual sites? The most effective solution would be for you to whitelist InfinityFree.

Don’t worry about that one, it doesn’t affect the functionality of the page.

Yes, that’s probably the reason.

I suspect the script https://html-load.com/loader.min.js is blocked for you.

Out of intrest, I blocked https://html-load.com/ on my network, and got the same results as OP. so I think youre spot on there.

I sent them this response of yours.
@EdwardHamHam
infinityfree is on the whitelist!
The additional file is probably not allowed, under review.
Are you using the file:
https://html-load.com/loader.min.js
Only after the general crash that was here for several months? Because before the crash everything worked fine, what changed there?
Thank you @Admin

Yes. Several months ago InfinityFree started using that as part of a way to prevent people from using adblockers on the client area.

You’ll need to make sure that the filter allows files from html-load.com in order to use InfintyFree properly.

@EdwardHamHam
Did this happen after the collapse?

I belive it was part of the solution to the issues in question.

Is it possible to get the code in a file?
I will add it to the plugin I am developing for NetFree filter users

It would be a Copyright infrigment.
Technically you would.

You could get the filter WITHOUTH the code.

how?
