If so and if you still can’t connect to the server, can you please share full FTP logs?

If you still cannot access FTP, did you:

  1. Open the Control Panel once?
  2. Use the correct password?

I get error 403 Forbidden when I try to access the Control Panel… and the password is good

FTP access will only be enabled when you first login successfully to the control panel. If everything works, then that should already happen during the account creation process and not require any action for you. But if you are somehow blocked from accessing the control panel, that doesn’t work.

Could you please share a screenshot of the error page you see? I would like to see if the error page might be from us or from something else.
