Bought Premium - Account still suspended

My account was recently suspended for 24 hours, CPU USAGE. I bought the premium, so this issue wouldn’t happen again. After the suspension passed, my account was still suspended. I opened a support ticket with Ifast hosting, thinking it was an issue from their side. But they said I should wirte a support ticket on here.

So can you unsuspend my account?

Your account should by only suspended for 24 hours, after that, you should be all good. Are you sure that 24 has passed since you paid for premium?

This is actually weird that you’ve upgraded but still suspended.

But… when you pay to ifastnet, you’ve bought a hosting account from ifastnet, which means now you can migrate your website to them:
