When I try to bookmark my test VR, icon doesn’t show up or save! I tested the exact same html package on another host and it works fine (I can provide link to it in next post)!
That is strange… any clues?

Hmm, something got stuck
because I often get error 508
then this
and rarely OK file
Please try uploading again that file
but I would recommend you to use this (and not just a favicon for iOS)

check the Client Area and there should be a banner if you are truly suspended
because maybe something else is the problem (internally on the hosting)

It says I’ve hit the daily limits… and it’ll be reactivated 23 hours from now…

just use that time to generate quality favicon 
and not such a colorful image that when reduced in size becomes very vague

Just make something simple in two or three colors so that it is clear and recognizable if it is reduced to 32x32 and then it’s easy for higher resolutions
you need to have something like mine
(multiple dimensions are in one file and the browser or OS then selects the one that suits it best)
