Unfortunately there is no way to recover a deleted account. That’s why multiple emails are sent warning you before its deleted.
To avoid this in the future, I suggest visiting your own site a couple of times a month, and logging into your dashboard regularly so you can see any early warning signs of issues.
We don’t have internal backups, so no.
I strongly recommend that you always take your own backups of important data. Don’t blindly trust any provider to keep your data safe. There are many cases in which the backups from a provider won’t save you.
