Bad Gateway, No FTP, No Online File Manager for 24 Hours

Dear Infinity Team,

I have the following critical issues in my account “epiz_23256380” :-

1- Can not Access the CPanel Online File Manager as it gives me :

Unable to connect to FTP server ###.##.##.## on port 21 .

Are you sure this is the address of the FTP server? This is often different from that of the HTTP (web) server. Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.

2- Can not log in through the FTP “File Zilla” as it gives me :

Status: Connection attempt failed with “ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server”.
Error: Could not connect to server
}-

3- The site is Down Completely as it is giving me :slight_smile:

Error 504 bad gateway with Ray ID: 4a0c0569bf787a5f
}-
and
-{
Error 520 Web server is returning an unknown error with Ray ID: 4a0c1755ec4f28e4.
}-

4- Softaculous is not accessible.

5- All this is happening for 24 hours.

so would explain the reason for all of this as this is not the first time, also would you please try to fix it as soon as possible?

Its just like the whole host is down or collapsed.

Same all of my 3 account are telling me the same error, i can’t do nothing, no file manager(filezilla), i cant access to ‘softaculus app installer’ and my site gives me a ‘ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT’
