Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look.
I need the real address of the site that shows the 502, and the exact text of the error page. The form currently has “HELP.help”, “GELP” and “HELP” in those fields. I can’t match that to a hosting account or an error message.
Please also post your hosting account username, which looks like if0_12345678. Then it’s clear which account the error comes from. And if the 502 only appears on some devices or networks, mention that. A private browser window or a different network is a quick check for it.
No info = no help
This is probably just some kid on the forums.
