I need to save backup of my website and i do not have time for it.
Do your company have someone working for backups?
If i lose data, will you be able to give me a backup?

I’m sorry, but InfinityFree is an unmanaged hosting service (it is free after all) so backups are something you’ll need to do manually. Fortunately, taking them is easy. Please take a look at the following article.

I’m afraid not. InfinityFree is also an “as-is” service, which means they don’t take any backups of hosting accounts on their own accord- doing so would be very expensive after all. That means you’re responsible for making backups and keeping them safe, but as long as you take them on a regular basis you’ll be fine. For added protection, I recommend keeping backups in more than one place. For example, you could keep it on your hard drive and a copy on a flash drive and/or a cloud storage provider you trust. Just as long as wherever you keep it is secure. Encrypting the backups with a tool such as Picocrypt is also a good idea.
