Avoid service interruption or downtime

I want to get information about my use of free hosting, such as the space used to avoid service interruption or downtime

You can find statistics about your account in the control panel. Note that the information only updates once every 8 hours.

The allowed limit is 5 GB. How do I know the number used and remaining?

Secondly, what is meant by the word in red?

The two numbers directly below it

Red means you are over the limit and cannot add more files to your account until you delete some

Very cool, how do I do this step please?
Do you have many uploaded files like images for an image gallery? If so, consider uploading those to a file or image hosting service instead.

Also, backup plugins don’t work here due to high usage requirements and the large files that they generate. Please backup your site the way that both WordPress and InfinityFree recommend:

the reason you cannot add plugins is because you are over the inode limit. I already told you:

Disk space and inodes are not the same. They are both affected by the files in your account, but they measure different things.
