i lost my cell phone, i have the email and password but i don’t have the authentication code

Please enter one of your backup codes on the 2FA screen then.

If you don’t have a backup code, congrats, you just locked yourself out of your account. See if you can recover the device, or if the authentication app you used has a cloud backup.
