Assistance Required for Custom Domain Connection and Website Access

Hello Infinitely Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I created a website using WordPress (Softaculous) on my Infinitely free hosting and associated it with the subdomain tasleem3.epizy.com.

I then attempted to connect my website to a custom domain from Namecheap.

After adding the domain and updating the NS servers in the domain settings, I noticed that the custom domain was redirecting to the subdomain.

To resolve this issue, I deleted the subdomain, but now I can’t access my website at all. When I added the custom domain again, it created a new folder for this new domain, which is not linked to my original website.

Could you please assist me in retrieving my old WordPress website and connecting it to the custom domain? Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Note: when I go to htdocs I still can find the wp folders.

Move the files from the htdocs folder to the /<domain_name>/htdocs then adjust the domain name in the Database.

Delete .htaccess file and reload. Good luck !

It looks like you deleted the domain tasleem3.epizy.com from your account, so that’s not working now.

Your custom domain name does appear to be working, but no website has been setup on it.

You can now upload, install or create a new website on the domain. If you want to migrate your existing website from your free subdomain, you can move your website from the previous directory into the new one:
