Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.
Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.
Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look.
This sounds like InfinityFree’s browser security system, not an SSL problem. I can’t confirm that without the full error, though. The “full chain” wording looks like NamelessMC’s generic message for an API request that didn’t get a proper response.
This knowledge base article says free hosting runs a check that needs JavaScript and cookies. REST APIs, cURL-style requests, automated scripts and webhooks can’t pass it, so they get blocked:
The check can’t be disabled on free hosting. The article says premium hosting protects sites with less restrictive methods, so APIs and automated tools work there.
Another NamelessMC user posted a similar error. Their API request got back the “This site requires Javascript” page instead of a real API response:
To check whether that’s what’s happening here, can you tell me what the request comes from? For example, is it the Minecraft server plugin, a Discord integration, or NamelessMC’s own API check in the admin panel? And can you paste the full error output, including any “Website response” text shown after the hint? If it shows a block of HTML with aes.js in it, that’s the security system.
