Any other way to install plugin?

I’m trying to upload a plugin and I can’t find add new botton on wp.
I found it in Softaclous and I uploaded it.
I returned to my site and reloaded it.
I can’t find it anywhere.
I’m wondering why I can’t see the “add new” button
Can anyone help me?

The installing process always involves getting the content uploaded to the target server. It is still installation so please follow the tutorial linked above.
