Hello there’s a time the infinityfree had a problem that lost some users files in their database which include my website Rapport then I was trying to install WordPress now I got an error message says

The following errors were found :

An installation already exists at https://rapport.42web.io as per our records. To re-install the application please uninstall the existing installation!

Pls kindly help me out

Uninstall it and then try to install it, you can uninstall it by pressing the red trash button.

Your website appears to be active and work fine… what is the issue you’re facing?

I later create this after I posted this article but before I post I get the error message but it been solved now thanks a lot
