InfinityFree does not really recommend using a backup plugin, also backup plugin does not work well here especially because of some limits, you can try the old fashion way like compressing all your site files and transferring them to your local device.

Yes me as well. Before I made a new account on infinityfree I had a website on which I could not install any plugins. Does this have to do with the PHP 7 upgrades that are going on?
The PHP 7 upgrades have already finished, at least that’s what I think. You might need to install them manually, if you can’t, reinstall Wordpress manually. Make a backup with Softalucous once it’s up again.
Edit: Reinstalling WP might help you be able to install plugins again.
