hi, i’m a beginner, i just installed a phpbb forum and a joomla few days ago.
i didn’t really paid attention to the security but it seems today i’ve been hacked already or something ?
i can’t connect the ftp anymore so i guess it come from your services ?
what happened ?

i use FileZilla Client
it’s back online again so i don’t understand
and im now able to connect the ftp

my whole website was inacassible and remplace by some of the host commercial and no ftp access for a moment.
was there some problem from the servers or something, i can put a commercial on the site if the host wish to but i wouln’t want the commercial to be my website while i’m not on it…

I have the same problem a few hours ago but it was totally UNEXPECTED option that will solve it.
By default FileZilla will use a TLS, but the certificate on this service was invalid / expired so i disable the TLS and Done!

90 Days, if you did not log back to the cPnel in 90 days then your account will be deactivated

Hey, I do not understand the log language but after I translated it, the error means that you’re inactive on the FTP! Which the limit is only 60 seconds!
Try to be a little bit faster next time.

What do you mean by “Your Site Is Off”? Is it unacessable or does it show’s any error messages?

I’ve been using InfinityFree for a long time and there’s no major problems with my site.
Even sometimes i founded Infinity is beter than my current premium one at other hosting company.
But hey, this is FREE and everyone will be flying here so you might expect a little slower performance due to traffic.
i think i had the “suspendeddomain.org” domain name for a moment and an infinityFree commercial instead of my website, i don’t know why since i was regularly logging. after a little while, my site was up again.
