That function is disabled for security reasons and cannot be used on free hosting. Why do you want it enabled?

I’m trying to setup my site with phoenix cart and it says I need it enabled I took a screen shot but can’t upload the pic
The allow_url_fopen option is enabled on our hosting. Only the allow_url_include function is disabled, because it’s bad for security and performance, so thankfully it’s very rarely used.
If your website says that the feature is not enabled, then it’s possible that the check in your website is invalid. PHP configuration is notably liberal in how you can configure flags, and your software may not be checking for all potentially correct values.
