I’m sorry… Even Admin isn’t really a staff of ifastnet, he’s just a re-seller who provides hosting for free and he doesn’t even want our money.
It’s a weird statement you’ve about uptime. They don’t take websites down just to catch money or force people to upgrade to premium. It’s a maintenance, to fix a thing you must shut it down or it’ll ruin or make everything worse.
Same. Creating back ups often fails for me and if it does work and run into a long list of issues trying to import.
Easier to just start again from scratch sometimes I find.
Ps: my sites have all lost css, wp-admin details no longer work. Hope it comes
