All my infinityfree websites were suspended at the same time (2 on this account, 1 on a different account). These websites receive no traffic whatsoever (around 2 visits a month). Is anyone else facing this issue? I am really confused right now.

Visit the control panel to see why you were suspended.
Access to the control panel has been revoked for me, when clicking the control panel button it just redirects me to the same suspended page. It gives me the same vague information as the email (examples of abuse)
So you were suspended for abuse? Open a support ticket through the Client Area to see what you can do.
