There is a 30 day period, indeed, but you can reactivate the account easily through the client area.

If you used the Deactivate Account option in your client area or if your account has not received any visitors in 30 days, it will be deactivated.

If you want to reactivate your account, it’s very easy. Just login to your client area, click Manage next to the deactivated account and click the Reactivate button.

Note that deactivated accounts are deleted after some time.

Note that this is an account limit, so as long as one domain in the account (for example, a free subdomain you may have added) is receiving visitors, the account will not get suspended.
