I am trying to set up the app “Akaunting” but when I install it, it says I need to update my PHP version. I do not know how to do that. Can someone please help?
Most likely you cannot use it on free hosting for now.
Once free hosting is fully upgraded to PHP8, maybe you can give it a try?

It seems like Akaunting 3.0 and higher require PHP 8.0. We’re in the process of upgrading PHP on free hosting, but there are some issues we still need to fix before we can upgrade everyone.
In the mean time, perhaps you could use Akaunting 2.1 instead? That seems to have PHP 7.3 as minimum requirement, so it should be able to run here. And when we’ve upgraded everyone to PHP 8.1, you’ll be able to upgrade to Akaunting 3.
