Advanced Features Not Working in Vistapanel on InfinityFree

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with the “Advanced” features in Vistapanel on InfinityFree. Specifically, the “Error Pages” feature under the “Advanced” section is not working as expected. When I try to access or modify the error pages, nothing happens or the changes are not saved.

I’ve tried several times to make this feature work, but it seems to be unresponsive. I have attached a screenshot showing the Advanced section with the Error Pages feature for your reference.

I just tested it on my spare site and the error pages are working correctly for me

can you post a screenshot of the url’s you added to the error pages, thanks

You may also want to try the Error Pages feature in the client area instead. It’s a bit more flexible and versatile than the one in the control panel.

Please check what exactly?

If there is a bug, I’m willing to investigate. But then please give clear and specific reproduction steps. You’re apparently trying to configure something, and it’s not working. But without knowing what you’re trying to do exactly and how you’re trying to do it, I cannot help you.

If you don’t feel like it, that’s fine too. I checked it a long time ago, decided that InfinityFree could do a better than the VistaPanel developers, and built the Error Pages tool in the client area. So if you just want something that works, please try the client area option.

So please either help us fix it or use the solution already available to you (the client area Error Pages feature).

So what is the issue you are having, what happens when you click the button and add urls ?

I did ask if you could post a screen shot of the urls you are adding so please do that and post any screen shots of error messages you encounter
