Cannot connect to server ftp://granitepost.epizy.com/Granite Post/Reason Internal error
I’m using this software:
Adobe Golive 9

Additional information:

I am trying to log into the site with the settings given to me by my FTP file manager settings. In Golive it asks for, in this order: Protocol (ftp) Server: Directory: Username: password
most of that is obvious but what would be the server name and also what directory would I say?
Sorry for the basic question but I can’t seem to connect. Thanks in advance.

what do you enter for ftp server? it is ftpupload.net

The directory is probably “htdocs” if this is the domain you used when creating the account. If you added the subdomain afterwards, the directory is “granitepost.epizy.com/htdocs”.
