Adguard Family DNS detects the website as an adult content

Website URL:

https://kandinlerx.rf.gd

Hello, I am using Adguard Family DNS, but when I try to enter my website, what is the reason for this is perceived as an adult content on the Adguard DNS side? Is there a solution?

You’ll need to talk to the provider of adguard family protection.

This is in their hands not infinity frees

There is this problem for everyone who has RF.GD CT.WS, not just special for my site

This still doesn’t mean the hosting is fully responsible for this.

These services usually get the idea that every subdomain is related. So if one host badsite.rf.gd and it gets flagged, goodsite.rf.gd ends up getting flagged as well.

As a result, you still need to contact Adguard for this.

So Asguard Adguard have probably placed a block on *.rf.gd and *.ct.ws

This is quite common, but as Meishin said, not something Infinity Free or IFastNet can control

Damn, I hate auto correct… lol

Let me start by stating very clearly:

The issue at hand here is that AdGuard is blocking your access to your website. AdGuard is blocking access to the rf.gd domain, and tens of thousands of legitimate websites along with this.

This is the risk you run when you make use of a filtered DNS service. The goal is to filter only the bad stuff, but there will always be errors: some bad stuff will slip the net and some good hosts might be blocked accidentally.

We did not add your website to AdGuard’s blocklist and we did not configure AdGuard DNS on your computer or network. This issue is not caused by anything we did, and there is nothing we can do to fix it, or prevent it from happening again.

Please get this “my website didn’t work and I didn’t break it, so it’s the hosting provider’s fault” is really not how it works.

Also do you know that ct.ws is also blocked? So far you’ve only talked about rf.gd. Just because we have other free subdomains doesn’t mean that they are blocked by AdGuard too.

I know that AdGuard makes their blocklists public. I was able to find a reference to rf.gd in their lists:

The top of the file makes a reference to this other blocklist as the source of this list:

This GitHub project has a public issue tracker where you can requests for hosts to be unblocked. But they make it very clear that only users of the blocklist are allowed to request modifications, which I do not.

So if you are unable to access your website because of a blocklist that you are using, maybe you could request for your website to be made accessible?
